Returns & Replacements
• We only accept returns or replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items  
• You must contact us within 72 hours of delivery  
• An unboxing video or clear photo proof is required  

Non-Returnable Cases
• Change of mind after purchase  
• Preference for a different product  
• Minor variations that do not affect functionality  

Resolution Process
• Replacement or refund after verification  
• Refunds processed within 5–7 business days  
• Free return shipping (if required)
